1. Acceptance

By inviting Gladious to a Discord server, using Gladious slash commands, or signing into the Gladious dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, remove the bot and stop using the software.

Gladious is self-hosted / operator-controlled software. The Operator that runs Gladious processes and the database is responsible for configuration and use.

2. Nature of the service

Gladious provides Discord automation, moderation tools, logging, optional AMP and local PC integrations, Ollama helpers, community features, and a web dashboard. Features depend on Operator configuration.

3. Data collected and purpose

Depending on enabled modules, Gladious may store guild/channel/member metadata, message content and edits/deletes, voice events, invite analytics, moderation cases, tickets/transcripts, command audits, OAuth session data, and optional gaming/AMP/job logs.

Purpose: operate enabled features, security/audit, moderation, and administration. Data stays on Operator infrastructure unless external webhooks/tunnels are configured.

4. Operator responsibilities

Operators must secure .env secrets, configure permissions and Owners carefully, obtain consent before voice recording, restrict PC/AMP commands to trusted users, comply with Discord ToS/Developer Policy, and provide accurate contact information.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use Gladious to violate Discord rules or law, harass or unlawfully surveil people, abuse moderation/troll tools, exfiltrate tokens, or run destructive PC/AMP actions outside approved whitelists. Shadowban/troll/recording tools are for authorized administration only.

6. No warranty

Gladious is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operator and contributors are not liable for damages arising from Gladious use, including local PC commands, AMP API actions, worker jobs, or third-party integrations.

8. Discord compliance

Use must comply with Discord Terms of Service and Developer Policy. Discord is not affiliated with Gladious.
